The Divine Bar located in the heart of Cologne is a great place to spend time sampling a wide variety of wines.  However a while back they put on an awesome event with some local vendors.  There was live music, fashion show and plenty of wine to go around.   The crowed and passer-by  didn’t even let a little rain stop them from enjoying the fun.
